Despite his troublesome past, five years old Waiswa is an active and friendly boy. When Waiswa was two years old, he lost his father because of HIV/AIDS, after which Waiswa's mother abandoned Waiswa and his two brothers. Waiswa's grandmother has taken the three children in and tries her best to support them with her earnings of being a peasant farmer. However, with an income of less than US $2 a day, she constantly struggles to make ends meet. Soon Waiswa will be old enough to attend school but because of his financial situation, it is unlikely that Waiswa's grandmother can afford the tuition. Will you give Waiswa an education?
